The oil was changed well, the dealership communicated well, and the car was even washed, so that was a nice surprise. The price is still way high for a simple oil change. $110 to unscrew a drain plan plug and an oil filter, re-screw them on, and then fill the oil is too much.

I don't appreciate being called a liar!
I came in for an oil change, fuel filter change (baby Duramax) and tire rotate. The guy (didn't) get his name) from the oil change area came into the waiting area and asked me who changed the fuel filter last. I said it hadn't ever been changed as I bought the truck new and always had it serviced at the dealership. He said"I HIGHLY DOUBT THAT". He said the filter plug was on way to tight and they would have a hard time getting it off. I said the factory installed it when new. Again he said "I HIGHLY DOUBT THAT!" and stomped off.
Don't get me wrong my Service Advisor Colton Sayler was great as well as the Service Manager and my salesman Don.
You need to either teach that guy from the oil change area some customer service skills or keep him away from the public.

I took my truck in for an oil change, and it was done in a timely manner. They asked if I would like to have it wash and I said yes. When I got it back it was nice and clean. I was very pleased with the service I got, and not all dealers offer to wash your vehicle beforehand.
