I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and they signed me in and I signed the paperwork that was given to me.. They covered the drivers seat and the floor, which I appreciated. When my oil change was completed I was given my keys and I was told where my car was. Before I got into my car I removed the seat cover and the paper on the floor. Then I noticed that the counsel between the front seats was filthy. I was glad that I had a car wash the day before and never used the interior cloth that was given to me, so I was able to wipe it down before I ended up putting my arm on it. I was thankful for my free oil change from the purchase of my new car last year.

The experience was good, it is the fact that I had to bring my vehicle in to get reset for a problem that was created by the factory who did an update and caused the problem of my tailgate to not work and locks to not work properly. I shouldn’t have to pay for something that was caused by GMC!!
