    Was disappointed when they came out and told me the transmission could be giving out. When I was told the one installed (not even a year ago, at the same place) was new. But an appointment has been scheduled to look into it. Fingers crossed I don’t have to come up with thousands of dollars again 🤞🏼.

    I made an appointment for my vehicle to have an oil change and tire rotation. I came to Puklich Chevrolet and got in immediately. My vehicle was taken in, oil changed, tires rotated, and courtesy washed within an hour. I am more than satisfied with the service!

    I came in to get a recall procedure done on my truck. I was met by Dylan St. Germain who explained what was going to happen and gave me a time estimate for completion. I decided to wait and got my truck sooner than expected. Dylan was super to deal with and helped me along the way. I am very impressed with Dylan's customer skills. He was fantastic!

    Was a little up set that they did not have the doors open at 10 to 7 as my appointment was at 7 and had to set and wait. If you make appointments for a set time be ready to honor that time not later. Did a good jog on service, tire rotation, and wash.

    I hit a rock on the highway last week and both the rim and tire were damaged. I brought my vehicle to Puklich after calling OnStar. I was told that my deductible was $500 with American Family and that a replacement would be over $1000. I asked if I needed to do anything with my insurance company and I was specifically told that I did not. That was a week ago. Today I called and was told they were waiting on me to file the claim. I have been driving on the donut for a week now and they haven't even ordered parts, nor had they contacted me to tell me there was a problem. I called my insurance agent, who told me the deductible is $1000, so there was no point filing the claim anyway. So I could have had this fixed days ago but thanks to the incompetence of your parts and service departments, I will probably end up driving on the donut for two full weeks. Meanwhile, everyone I talked to today apologized for the "confusion" about the insurance claim. There was no "confusion." I was given the wrong information after specifically asking what I needed to do for my insurance company.
